About Center for IT Innovation
CITI has become organizationally anchored as a centre under Depart of Computer Science from January 2013, but still has individual assignments and economy centrally from Copenhagen University.
CITI's work in education to bring IT into education across the university faculties are now anchored in education council KUUR.
CITI's work to start and support interdisciplinary IT research is still in direct cooperation with the research groups and external partners.

The secretariat gives administrative support for the IT study programs by providing help for the accreditation process, seminars for teachers and students, ntworking for business and public organizations, concept testing and branding of IT study programs and IT specializations and development of IT certificates in other study programs. Research wise, the secretariat provides academic and administrative suppotr for research applications, match making with researchers and businesses, as well as arranging conferences and workshops.
The Academic Board on Education Strategy at the University of Copenhagen (KUUR) is steering committee for CITI. KUUR advises the rectorate and leadership team in education strategic questions, which can be of interdisciplinary nature. Twice annually CITI presents plans, budget and status for our work for approval at KUUR.
The University of Copenhagen's results in interdisciplinary IT are discussed at least two times annually with the university's IT Advisory board, with representatives from the business world and both national and international researchers. The Head of the steering committee and the Head of Department for Computer Science participate in meetings with the Advisory Board, which are serviced by the secretariat.
